So the greatest challenges we face in life are believing in self, created by the mind.. This in it self should speak volumes to you. Why would my mind create such obstacles?! How is this a positive experience? Why does the mind always make me second guess? Why does my mind make decisions that I know are not conducive to the way I live my life?
Is this ignorance? Maybe..But not your fault…We only know what has been programmed into us from birth; societal expectations, family traditions, trauma based choices, peer pressure…The list goes on and on. But when we realise self, within self. That this illusion isn’t for us, or in our benefit – that it is all rigged one way or the other…Then changes will start to occur. Trying to wake others up, is not self love- This is a self journey, that they must achieve within self. So we spend energy and time trying to help others see through the illusion- which in itself is a distraction as we are not focused on self. Now, is this ego working or empathy? That will get you wondering….But no judgement as we are all part to play within this paradigm, my self included.
So back to this whole brAin issue….Can you see how much it governs how we live our day to day lives? Now dont get me wrong; there are most certainly very positive bits of information that we can learn- leaning towards the healing and helping us return to the authentic state.
So, by ignoring the thoughts, trusting the inner you, Soul, intuition we can overcome these persistent distractions. Because thats what they are…A non stop distraction. Living from Soul is what makes us uniquely powerful in our own right!! The magnetic core that we are…The electrical body, spirit, mind, is hackable and infiltratable to external influence and beliefs..Arguably me also by explaining this.
